Standard Structural Warranty
We provide a **Limited Lifetime Warranty** (up to 25 years) on the structural integrity of all solid wood frames and joints. This covers:
- Natural warping or splitting beyond standard seasonal movement.
- Failure of traditional joinery (tenon-and-mortise, dovetail).
- Defects in core structural components under normal residential use.
Finish & Surface Protection
We offer a **2-Year Warranty** on our natural finishes. Because we use organic oils and waxes, your furniture is designed to be maintained and refreshed. This warranty covers premature peeling or unusual discoloration that is not attributed to chemical exposure or direct sunlight abuse.
The "Master's Service" Advantage
Even beyond the warranty period, Woodify owners have exclusive access to our **Restoration Concierge**. Whether it is a spill from a holiday dinner or minor accidental damage, our mobile artisan team can be dispatched to your home to restore your piece to its original glory at preferred owner rates.
